clean apartment easy access
the apartment spanned two floors it was very clean. it had great restaurants nearby plus easy access to all sites and transport.
our suite was very dark plus it had only a small window to open

Some Issues, Good Location
street noises single beds
The Junior Suite wasn't very soundproofed. I could hear noises from the street quite clearly. The bed was just two single beds pushed together, uncomfortable. I saw several homeless people near the hotel, made me a little uneasy.

Amazing stay in the heart of the city!
amazing location great storage
The location is very amazing. It's walkable to interesting places. Plenty of storage is available. The lady at reception helped on the day we changed rooms.
The room's soundproofing is not good. I noticed homeless people loitering in the nearby area . Ceilings are low and beams are easy to hit.

poor soundproofing disruptive noise
the room was equipped with laundry facilities and that proved very useful.
The hotel advertised soundproof rooms. that was not the case. i could hear noises from the street and nearby areas throughout the night. the noise was disruptive and impacted the quality of my sleep.

central location, great room
comfortable bed mezzanine bedroom clean towels
the room was a great size for my family. my daughter slept on a large, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. the main bedroom was an open plan mezzanine. the room included a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge, and plenty of clean towels.
the rooftop pool is quite small and had no service. i would consider this if you plan to spend much time by the pool

the suite had everything i needed for my stay. the bathroom included gorgeous toiletries and a rainfall shower. i found the bed to be very comfortable. i also liked having a washing machine.

the hotel is in a quiet area and close to the city sights. many nice restaurants were a short walk away. it is about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral.
